CRM Implementation & Config
Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Odoo, and other major platforms, configured to how your team actually sells, follows up, and manages relationships.
CRM / ERP SOLUTIONS
Whether you need a platform configured to how your business actually runs or a system built from scratch, we map your workflow first, then build or configure around it.
WHAT THISACTUALLY IS
Most CRM and ERP implementations fail not because the platform was wrong, but because the system was configured around how the vendor assumed the business runs, not how it actually does. We start by mapping your real workflow, how your team works, where data lives today, and what needs to connect to what.
Configuration, customisation, or a custom build follows from that. Not the other way around.
The goal isn't a technically functional system. It's one your team actually uses.
These aren't the only things we do, but they're where most engagements start.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Odoo, and other major platforms, configured to how your team actually sells, follows up, and manages relationships.
When off-the-shelf platforms don't fit your process or cost more to configure than to build, we develop a CRM from the ground up.
End-to-end ERP configuration connecting your finance, inventory, procurement, and operations into one system. Mapped to your business processes.
Moving your existing data, contacts, deals, history, and documents into a new system without losing relationships or breaking records.
Connecting your CRM or ERP to the rest of your stack, marketing tools, finance software, communication platforms, and custom APIs.
If the problem is real, we'll scope it. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Get in touchWe start by understanding your actual workflow, not what your org chart says it is, but how your team operates day to day. Where data lives, what gets missed, what needs to connect, and what working looks like for the people using the system. No proposal before this is done.

We design the system around your workflow, pipeline stages, custom fields, automation rules, user permissions, and integrations all mapped before anything is built or configured. For custom builds, this is where architecture is locked. For platform implementations, this is where the configuration blueprint is confirmed. Scope and price are fixed here.

Existing data is cleaned, validated, and migrated into the new system, contacts, deal history, documents, and records all verified before go-live. Third-party integrations are connected and tested against real data, not sample sets. Nothing goes live until it works end to end.

Your team is trained on the system before handoff, not after. Documentation covers how to use it, how to maintain it, and how to extend it without breaking what works. Post-launch support scope is agreed before the build starts.

Every engagement ends with a system your team actually uses, documented, integrated, and handed over with no strings attached.

01
Should we configure an existing platform or build a custom CRM?
It depends on your workflow complexity and long-term cost. Major platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Odoo cover most standard processes well, so configuration is faster and cheaper upfront. Custom makes sense when your process is complex enough that the platform fights you at every turn, or when licensing costs over three to five years exceed the build cost. We tell you honestly which makes sense for your situation during discovery, before anything is scoped.
